Ingredients
From the wrapper around the New Queen Anne Bakery custard bun I bought at the local Korean supermarket:
Ingredients: All trumps, Almond Flour, Full Strength Flour, Soft-Silk Flour, S-500, Cake Mix, Corn Flour, Honey, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Srawberry Jam, Raspberry Jam, Margarine, Butter, Egg, Cheese, Milk, Dry Milk, Cream Butter, Mayonnaise, Oil, Whip Cream, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Yeast, Chocolate, Fudge, Chocolate Chip, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Apricot Filling, Almond Paste, Red Bean Paste, White Bean Paste, Coffee, Vanilla Flavor, Orange Flavor, Almond, Pecan, Raisin, Walnut, Chestnut, Sesame Seed, Peanut Butter, Ketchup, Tuna, Sausage, Corn, Salt, and Ham.
Funny, I didn't taste the peanut butter. Or the ham.

But the tuna really came through, didn't it. It's just not a custard bun without tuna.

I like the "All trumps" as the first ingredient. They're making The Donald and his daughter into custard buns now?

Yeah, we've been trying to figure out exactly what "All trumps" and "S-500" are. This seems to be a list of all the possible ingredients for everything the bakery makes, and they're more or less grouped by function (flours first, then sweeteners, then dairy, fats, leavening agents, etc.), so our only guess is that "trumps" and "S-500" are some kind of flour. My favorite is the end of the list, though, where the category seems to go from functional to random. Those last 7 items crack me up every time.
