Baby's Got a New Pair of Shoes

The Beaner finally outgrew his second pair of doggie Robeez. I resisted the urge to buy another identical pair in size 12-18 months and instead got these charming goldfish. Aren't they (or at least, the one you can see) cute?

So cute!

We're thinking of getting the blue lion ones next (after the blue sneakers and then the blue fisherman's sandals).

Jean:

ooh, I like those! Robeez are so addictive, I could buy so many cute pairs. I think I'll get one more pair soon since Ellen will be walking within a few months & I've heard you need to get more substantial shoes once they're walking. Have you seen the ones with ice cream cones?

Nice picture too!

Yes, I have seen the ice cream cone ones! They were actually our second choice behind the goldfish because Austen's a big fan of ice cream. :)

The photo was taken with my cell phone—which sucks at distance shots but manages closeups pretty well—while we were sitting on a bench in Princeton, NJ. Austen was in the Bjorn at the time.
